The DivaCup is made of soft and durable silicone, which is 100 percent hypoallergenic, latex-free, and odorless. The same material is used in permanent medical body parts, such as joint replacements and heart valves. The cup features extra grip ridges to make removal easier. It is approved for market by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and holds a current Health Canada medical device license. It comes in two sizes: 1 - women under 30 who have never delivered vaginally, and 2 - for women over 30 and/or have delivered vaginally.
