On Ten (no cost) gift wrapping ideas

The Sunday paper circulars for the chain drug stores are often colorful and a bit glossy. I've used a paper shredder that cuts in strips to create a whole bundle of multi-colored strips that I tie up in the center and affix to my gift that has been wrapped in the remaining pages. It looks like an explosion of color and I've been told it is eye-catching and fun.
