King Solar took over $2,000 of my money and never delivered what I ordered. They refuse to credit my account!!!

I ordered from King Solar on 10/03/08 and still haven't got my order. I've emailed them 4 times and called many times. When calling the 800 number I get "all circuits are busy" and when calling the other number I get " the mailbox is full" for an answer. I'm not too happy with this company! I'll be calling my credit card company soon.
